Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

To process a refund, please use our contact form and request a Return Authorization (RA). Please include the reason for your desire to send the product back.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when shipped. To process an exchange, please use our contact form and request a Return Authorization (RA).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Warranty Claims

Our products come with a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and/or the manufacturing process. To start your claim, use our Contact page to send us a note that describes the problem with the item. We will review the message and reach out if further information, which may include pictures, is required.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, it will only be for the amount you paid for the items minus any shipping costs.
